The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrian Miliano got free with Reynaldo Tiso in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute Adriana Silbestre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Tiso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Olaen's Adriana Silbestre got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Pablo Evangelista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Dei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olaen's goalkeeper Pablo Evangelista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amado Dei to make the kick off. Olaen's Pablo Evangelista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Dei in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Dei in the 54th minute of play forced Olaen's goalkeeper Pablo Evangelista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Amado Dei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olaen's Pablo Evangelista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Dei in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Bastian dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pablo Evangelista, 1-2. Reynaldo Tiso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Olaen's Alejandro Nisio got a free kick in the 78th minute. With an all-out effort, Suripujio FC's Pablo Evangelista threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amado Dei, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 81 minutes, Eloy Txilar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suripujio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eloy Txilar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pablo Evangelista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eloy Txilar in the 86th minute. Reynaldo Tiso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Miliano in the 91st minute of the match. Adrian Miliano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
