With 6 minutes on the clock, Santo Casomiro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 5th minute, one of america B:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for america B. america B:s Saverio Inko showed great skill when he stopped Cesar Bilintx:s penalty. 7 minutes into the game, Obreros FC's Cesar Bilintx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saverio Inko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, america B's goalkeeper Saverio Inko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofilo Hats. 16 minutes into the match, america B's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Tanio came free, but Saverio Inko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Obreros FC's Urbano Inguma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maros Janečka in the 20th minute of play. america B's Maros Janečka got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 23 minutes, Ezequiel Osoitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Obreros FC and the america B players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, america B's Maros Janečka got a free kick in the 25th minute. Obreros FC's Urbano Inguma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maros Janečka in the 28th minute of play. If Maros Janečka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute of the match, Casimiro Gotzon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Saverio Inko saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Obreros FC's goalkeeper Urbano Inguma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maros Janečka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Urbano Inguma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. america B's Maros Janečka got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 54th minute, Raul Arano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urbano Inguma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maros Janečka in the 57th minute. Saverio Inko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Hats in the 58th minute of play. Amador Chorche's late challenge caught a Obreros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Chorche helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to america B getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Amador Chorche hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the game, america B's Maros Janečka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Urbano Inguma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Teofilo Hats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Inko having to interfere. Anibal Tanio kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Maros Janečka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Obreros FC's Raul Arano got a free kick in the 74th minute. america B's Wilfredo Blasco took a good shot, in the 75th minute, which hit the crossbar above Urbano Inguma's head, and flew over the goal. Obreros FC's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by america B. america B's Danilo Isusko was substituted for Erubiel Naldo. In the 79th minute, Obreros FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Maros Janečka fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. america B made a substitution. Camilo Bakar replaced Wilfredo Blasco. 85 minutes into the match, Obreros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Casas came free, but Urbano Inguma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Casas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Inguma having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the america B players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
