Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aureliano Ferdinand started the match with the kick off. Cosme Celipe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Gentza's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Babel Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amancio Pudes in the 7th minute. A nice corner shot did that Amancio Pudes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Damaso Izotz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aureliano Ferdinand was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Eriberto Jaume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Babel Team's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Jaume came free, but Cosme Celipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hector Gentza, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 22 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Cosme Celipe was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Ferdinand in the 25th minute of play forced Atahona's goalkeeper Damaso Izotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Babel Team's zone, Eriberto Jaume stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Celipe came out of the goal and Eriberto Jaume tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Babel Team getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Alvaro Clodio hit a great ball. Victor Fiz charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Fiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Victor Fiz hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Hector Gentza notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Babel Team's Cosme Celipe. Cosme Celipe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th minute Hector Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Celipe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Eriberto Jaume made the kick off in the second half. If Aureliano Ferdinand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Izotz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Calvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliberto Etor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Damaso Izotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Atahona's zone, Aureliano Ferdinand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damaso Izotz came out of the goal and Aureliano Ferdinand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aureliano Ferdinand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the game, Lucio Santxol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Babel Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atahona the free kick. In the 76th match minute, Babel Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Santxol to maneuver through the defense. Hector Gentza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Celipe having to interfere. Ciro Frechoso kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Atahona:s Damaso Izotz showed great skill when he stopped Amancio Pudes:s penalty. 85 minutes into the game, Aureliano Ferdinand cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Damaso Izotz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eriberto Jaume fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Celipe having to interfere. Hector Gentza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Cosme Celipe made a huge save. 96 minutes into the match, Atahona's Hector Gentza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cosme Celipe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
