An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Lucero in the 3rd minute of play forced 312K Sport's goalkeeper Marcos Pudes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Pudes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelo Abadie went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Marcelo Abadie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Pudes having to interfere. A collision led to 312K Sport getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Oscar Lauren hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes Club Pumas UNAM got a freekick which was hit by Damian Tulio. Marcos Pudes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Club Pumas UNAM's Mauro Lucero shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The supporters of Club Pumas UNAM booed when 312K Sport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorin Atanasiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Marcos Pudes managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Club Pumas UNAM's Marcelo Abadie fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcos Pudes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauro Lucero's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Mauro Lucero struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Marcos Pudes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Pumas UNAM. Marcelo Abadie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Pudes having to interfere. If Marcelo Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Abadie to make the kick off. Marcos Pudes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Abadie in the 53rd minute of the match. 312K Sport's Marcos Pudes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Lucero in the 56th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Roque Senon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Mauro Lucero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Pudes was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. If Ceferino Baumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute Mauro Lucero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Pudes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Pumas UNAM walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
