An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Criston in the 29th minute of play forced Tiburones Rojos Veracruz's goalkeeper Basilio Ilazki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelino Rafe to make the kick off. Tiburones Rojos Veracruz's Cristian Inguma got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Tiburones Rojos Veracruz's goalkeeper Basilio Ilazki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Criston. Federico Opilano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Inguma in the 72nd minute of the match. Leo Huly hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tiburones Rojos Veracruz's zone, Nereo Fidensio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Ilazki came out of the goal and Nereo Fidensio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Evaristo Criston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Alejandro Cugat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Inguma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Inguma in the 95th minute of play forced Ovara FC's goalkeeper Federico Opilano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Ovara FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tiburones Rojos Veracruz.
