After a rather tough play, Electric Lions's Domingo Aires got a free kick in the 24th minute. Anselmo Bikendi scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo Eliu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 28 played minutes Naipe AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Bikendi. If Anselmo Bikendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute Sixto Gorbea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Eliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Eliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Bikendi in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

52 minutes into the match, Naipe AFC's Sixto Gorbea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaldo Eliu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Anselmo Bikendi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnaldo Eliu was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Anselmo Bikendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Eliu having to interfere. Arnaldo Eliu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Electric Lions's zone, Anselmo Bikendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Eliu came out of the goal and Anselmo Bikendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Electric Lions's Arnaldo Eliu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Electric Lions from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Electric Lions's goalkeeper Arnaldo Eliu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle went the supporters of Naipe AFC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Electric Lions side.
