Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Angostaco's Maximiliano Mergildo got a free kick in the 13th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andres Francho in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edelmiro Lizar saved Angostaco from getting behind. Lucas Aires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Andres Francho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edelmiro Lizar was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Angostaco's Edelmiro Lizar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Angostaco from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Andres Francho made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Andres Francho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Parera's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Francho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edelmiro Lizar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicolas Itzaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Felipe Pes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Angostaco's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Francho came free, but Edelmiro Lizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Parera's Felipe Pes got control of the ball when Nicolas Itzaina tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Andres Francho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the game, Parera's Norberto Buinton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edelmiro Lizar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 87 minutes into the game, Eliseo Guillem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Parera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Angostaco the free kick. After a rather tough play, Parera's Eliseo Guillem got a free kick in the 87th minute. Nicolas Itzaina struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Felipe Pes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Angostaco.
