Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Javier Cordera started the match with the kick off. Tarragona FC's Fernando Rufo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Tarragona FC from getting a goal against them. Santos Bordat kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Isaias Txema recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando Rufo made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Samuel Baudelio sent off a good shot on target. Javier Cordera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Videl having to interfere. Zenteno's Martin Videl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Herauso in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Javier Cordera in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Videl saved Zenteno from getting behind. Javier Cordera took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Videl. Martin Videl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Javier Cordera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Zenteno's Isaias Txema sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Rufo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Santos Bordat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

After 53 played minutes, Zenteno's Efrain Eneko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fernando Rufo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zenteno reached it. 55 minutes into the match, Tarragona FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Txema came free, but Fernando Rufo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Samuel Baudelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Rufo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Txema in the 63rd minute of play. Javier Cordera struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Martin Videl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarragona FC. Fernando Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Txema, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Isaias Txema came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Zenteno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Txema couldn't finish the play. 81 minutes into the match, Tarragona FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Txema came free, but Fernando Rufo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Cordera in the 83rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Samuel Baudelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zenteno's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Baudelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Rufo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Tarragona FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Zenteno:s goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
