Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eusebio Admon started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Eusebio Admon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Godofredo Grabiel. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Eusebio Admon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th match minute, Pueblo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Txilar to maneuver through the defense. Godofredo Grabiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Admon in the 16th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Zárate got a freekick which was hit by Donato Olando. In the 20th minute, Baltasar Osmundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnulfo Isusko shot from long distance in the 21st minute, but Godofredo Grabiel was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantino Thomas in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Enekoitz saved Pueblo from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Admon in the 23rd minute of play forced Zárate's goalkeeper Godofredo Grabiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Constantino Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Zárate's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Admon came free, but Godofredo Grabiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Fabio Froylan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the game, Zárate's Constantino Thomas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abel Enekoitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 41st minute Eusebio Admon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Grabiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Enekoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After 46 played minutes Pueblo got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Tab. Abel Enekoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Lapurdi in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Constantino Thomas to make the kick off. Pueblo's Abel Enekoitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Pueblo from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Zárate booed when Pueblo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Froylan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ildefonso Berriotxoa fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zárate's protests and gave Ildefonso Berriotxoa a yellow card for diving instead. 54 minutes into the game, one of Zárate:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Constantino Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Enekoitz having to interfere. When Zárate's Constantino Thomas in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pueblo's goalie prevented a goal. 68 minutes into the match, Pueblo's goalkeeper Abel Enekoitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Lapurdi. Augusto Lapurdi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abel Enekoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Thomas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Baltasar Osmundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Godofredo Grabiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Admon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusebio Admon in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godofredo Grabiel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Godofredo Grabiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Txilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ermegildo Txilar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Grabiel having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Eusebio Admon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pueblo's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebio Admon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Grabiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Eusebio Admon sped through Zárate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Godofredo Grabiel. After 88 played minutes Pueblo got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Froylan. With an all-out effort, Zárate's Abel Enekoitz threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Constantino Thomas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Pueblo getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Haroldo Tab hit a great ball. Constantino Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Enekoitz having to interfere. Pueblo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Zárate for a fine match.
