Lucila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceferino Walme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucila's Robustiano Uxio got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iker Cordaryal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Walme in the 17th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Malanzán AFC defense, Ceferino Walme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iker Cordaryal. The Malanzán AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iker Cordaryal should have stopped the shot. Robustiano Uxio struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Iker Cordaryal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lucila. 32 minutes into the game, one of Malanzán AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Malanzán AFC's Iker Cordaryal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Uxio in the 37th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Malanzán AFC's Dionisio Diegotxe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arturo Jobo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Iker Cordaryal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Walme, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robustiano Uxio to strike the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Ceferino Walme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Zacarias Balesio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 66 played minutes Lucila got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Jorrin. Lucila's Arturo Jobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Balesio in the 69th minute of play. Iker Cordaryal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ceferino Walme in the 71st minute. A collision led to Malanzán AFC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Marciano Saturnin hit a great ball. Iker Cordaryal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robustiano Uxio's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Iker Cordaryal made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Ceferino Walme sent off a good shot on target. 84 minutes into the match, Malanzán AFC's goalkeeper Iker Cordaryal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceferino Walme. Arturo Jobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Diegotxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robustiano Uxio in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Cordaryal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 90 played minutes Malanzán AFC got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Christobal. Iker Cordaryal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robustiano Uxio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 91 minute of play. A collision led to Lucila getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Florencio Joanes hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Lucila had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
