The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 4 minutes, Denis Arano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pasleam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Arano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Godfredo Petrigai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Idacio having to interfere. Cesar Ursino's late challenge caught a Pasleam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesar Ursino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Cesar Ursino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavio Idacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Petrigai in the 22nd minute of the match. LOS RAPIDOS's Flavio Idacio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save LOS RAPIDOS from getting a goal against them. Anibal Canor scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erubiel Ferman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anibal Canor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Erubiel Ferman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, LOS RAPIDOS's Gilberto Gaskon got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, LOS RAPIDOS's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Arano came free, but Flavio Idacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Denis Arano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pasleam's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Arano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Idacio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pasleam's Erubiel Ferman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Tavio in the 66th minute of play. Erubiel Ferman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Tavio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Erubiel Ferman managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when LOS RAPIDOS's Anibal Canor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Anibal Canor struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Erubiel Ferman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOS RAPIDOS. After a rather tough play, Pasleam's Amancio Tipi got a free kick in the 81st minute. Cesar Ursino, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pasleam's zone, Anibal Canor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Ferman came out of the goal and Anibal Canor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godfredo Petrigai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Idacio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. LOS RAPIDOS's Flavio Idacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Tipi in the 92nd minute of play. LOS RAPIDOS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
