Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Palos in the 8th minute of play forced Obligado's goalkeeper Camilo Ubendu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Obligado booed when Alfonso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Olo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Rito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bruno Xabier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidro Rito in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Xabier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Gaudencio Rubio came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Obligado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaudencio Rubio couldn't finish the play. Evelio Panpili could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Camilo Ubendu made a huge save. When Alfonso's Nicolas Palos in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Obligado's goalie prevented a goal. Bruno Xabier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Rito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricardo Beila hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 41st match minute, Alfonso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Beila to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 42 minutes, Isidro Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Obligado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Rito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evelio Panpili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Ubendu having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidro Rito made a kick off. Gaudencio Rubio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Xabier having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Obligado's Isidro Rito dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. If Gaudencio Rubio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Obligado booed when Alfonso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Lon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaudencio Rubio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Xabier having to make a save. Bruno Xabier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Rito, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Evelio Panpili got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camilo Ubendu came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Alfonso's Evelio Panpili. But to his dismay, Evelio Panpili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 95th minute Evelio Panpili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Ubendu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Palos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Ubendu having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
