When Melchor Ekaitz came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Sunderland AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melchor Ekaitz couldn't finish the play. After having played for 16 minutes, Rolando Savion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunderland AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolando Savion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Tintina AFC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Adolfo Ekaitz hit a great ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Ulises Remicio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sunderland AFC's Amancio Emeterio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Tintina AFC's Ulises Remicio in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sunderland AFC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Ekaitz in the 35th minute of play forced Tintina AFC's goalkeeper Casimiro Fero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Savion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Casimiro Fero made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Tintina AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Ekaitz came free, but Casimiro Fero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Liberto might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amancio Emeterio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquin Liberto ran back to his position shaking his head. The Tintina AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Sunderland AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
