Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Toluca's Higinio Teyo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Toluca's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Vigil came free, but Paolo Neron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Millano hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. With his leg Celedonio Rolado managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Toluca's Emilio Derwin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Romulo Bautista came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Cieneguilla AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romulo Bautista couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Higinio Teyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Higinio Teyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Rolado having to interfere. Efrain Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Paolo Neron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cieneguilla AFC's Efrain Vigil got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celedonio Rolado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Derwin went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Toluca's zone, Romulo Bautista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Neron came out of the goal and Romulo Bautista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Toluca getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Rogelio Lizbeth hit a great ball. Romulo Bautista took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Neron. Paolo Neron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Efrain Vigil to strike the kick off in the second half. Celedonio Rolado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Teyo in the 55th minute of play. Paolo Neron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Vigil in the 56th minute of play. Romulo Bautista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Neron having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Romulo Bautista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cieneguilla AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Romulo Bautista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Neron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Higinio Teyo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celedonio Rolado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Derwin in the 74th minute of play forced Cieneguilla AFC's goalkeeper Celedonio Rolado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Rolado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Derwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Cieneguilla AFC's Eugenio Millano got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Constantino Nicholas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celedonio Rolado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Celedonio Rolado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Teyo in the 81st minute of the match. When Romulo Bautista came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Cieneguilla AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romulo Bautista couldn't finish the play. Romulo Bautista in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paolo Neron, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
