Ánimas's Gogo Bordat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Arlo in the 10th minute of play. Arturo Manny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gogo Bordat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Gogo Bordat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Arlo in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Arturo Manny made a precise shot to the right of Gogo Bordat. Ánimas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Celso Urti hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes of play, Ánimas's Ermegildo Hodei made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victorio Abeijon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicasio Maju was the one to do the kick off. When Rahué's Leonides Casado in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ánimas's goalie prevented a goal. Victorio Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Hodei in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rahué's Santo Quilo got a free kick in the 59th minute. Nicasio Maju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Abeijon having to interfere. Arturo Manny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gogo Bordat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Arlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arturo Manny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Gogo Bordat made a huge save. In the 73rd minute of the match, Arturo Manny got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gogo Bordat was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 76th minute, Rahué's Tiburcio Arlo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 83 minutes into the match, Rahué's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Maju came free, but Victorio Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rahué's goalkeeper Victorio Abeijon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rahué's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
