Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Dario Feliz notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Iguazú AFC's Ernesto Silban. Ernesto Silban was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ernesto Silban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Jerano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iguazú AFC's Ernesto Silban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Iguazú AFC from getting a goal against them. Ruben Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Cortez in the 11th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Toluca's zone, Americo Soin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Hulberto came out of the goal and Americo Soin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dario Feliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ernesto Silban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Silban was a little too slow when Eulalio Jerano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 28th minute, Felipe Guerau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ernesto Silban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Jerano in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Abel Montxo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Toluca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iguazú AFC the free kick. Abel Montxo kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Felipe Guerau didn't quite understand what happened when in the 38 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Aldo Cortez struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Ruben Hulberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iguazú AFC. Aldo Cortez took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruben Hulberto. Ruben Hulberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Americo Soin was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Deportivo Toluca getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Conrado Elequemedo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Deportivo Toluca defense, Americo Soin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruben Hulberto. The Deportivo Toluca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruben Hulberto should have stopped the shot. Aldo Cortez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ruben Hulberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Deportivo Toluca's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Soin came free, but Ruben Hulberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Jaizki hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Americo Soin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ruben Hulberto, 2-4. Dario Feliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ernesto Silban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andres Beti's late challenge caught a Iguazú AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andres Beti helped the player get up and apologised. Andres Beti kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, Deportivo Toluca's Dario Feliz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Silban narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
