Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Aldo Bidun started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Leo Guilabertus came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Samborombón AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Guilabertus couldn't finish the play. Samborombón AFC's Octavio Justin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Orlin in the 11th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Constantino Matteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Patricios's Prudencio Dantel tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 27 played minutes Patricios got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Calvet. Cleto Betadur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Bidun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Laurentzi's late challenge caught a Samborombón AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Apolo Laurentzi helped the player get up and apologised. Apolo Laurentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Patricios's zone, Leo Guilabertus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleto Betadur came out of the goal and Leo Guilabertus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Aldo Bidun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samborombón AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Bidun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Betadur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dario Gaitano to make the kick off. Octavio Justin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Gaitano's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. If Dario Gaitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Betadur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Bidun, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Samborombón AFC's Aldo Bidun got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dario Gaitano came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Patricios fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Gaitano couldn't finish the play. Aldo Bidun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cleto Betadur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Guilabertus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Prudencio Dantel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Patricios's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abel Blanco was slow to take the kick. During this time Samborombón AFC's players had a chance to rest. If Fulgencio Restu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samborombón AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Patricios for a fine match.
