Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Guaviraví FC's Timoteo Oro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guaviraví FC's Clodoveo Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Marin in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Hocker's Feliciano Refugio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clodoveo Fe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Hocker's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Oro came free, but Jorge Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 15 minutes, Emanuel Osmundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaviraví FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Osmundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Teo Dimas fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaviraví FC's protests and gave Teo Dimas a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Guaviraví FC's Teo Dimas got a free kick in the 17th minute. Clodoveo Fe came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Hocker's Clodoveo Marin. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Marin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Clodoveo Marin came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Hocker fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clodoveo Marin couldn't finish the play. Clodoveo Marin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Timoteo Oro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th match minute, Hocker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Arnalt to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Feliciano Refugio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hocker's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano Refugio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clodoveo Fe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliciano Refugio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliciano Refugio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Fe having to interfere. Clodoveo Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Fe having to interfere. When Hocker's Clodoveo Marin in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliciano Refugio was the one to do the kick off. Clodoveo Fe acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 53rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jose Arnalt. After having played for 56 minutes, Clodoveo Marin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hocker's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clodoveo Marin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Guaviraví FC's Emanuel Osmundo in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Chayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emanuel Osmundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Chayo having to interfere. When Benito Ostadar fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaviraví FC's protests and gave Benito Ostadar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hocker booed when Guaviraví FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Ostadar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliciano Refugio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clodoveo Fe having to make a save. After 94 minutes of play, Hocker's Clodoveo Marin made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clodoveo Fe was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Hocker supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hocker would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
