Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Wilfredo Luke made the kick off which started today's match. Hernan Txomin came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Marini FC's Salvador Lano. But to his dismay, Salvador Lano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Vinicio Tauro struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Hernan Txomin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marini FC. When Basilio Panpili fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corolina's protests and gave Basilio Panpili a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Corolina getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Basilio Panpili hit a great ball. In the 11th minute, Erubiel Tauro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corolina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Urbano Pueblo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Tauro in the 16th minute of play forced Marini FC's goalkeeper Melquiades Demario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvestre Ignado during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Erubiel Tauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Marini FC got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Ferman. 33 minutes into the match, Corolina's Israel Bertran broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hernan Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Tauro in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute Vinicio Tauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Txomin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 46 minutes, Vinicio Tauro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marini FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Tauro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vinicio Tauro to strike the kick off in the second half. Vinicio Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marini FC's Melquiades Demario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Luke in the 61st minute of play. Salvador Lano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Hernan Txomin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilfredo Luke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erubiel Tauro got free with Melquiades Demario in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erubiel Tauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Demario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Vinicio Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Txomin having to interfere. In the 81st match minute, Corolina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Isidor to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Corolina's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Lano came free, but Hernan Txomin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernan Txomin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Lano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Marini FC booed when Corolina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Isidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vinicio Tauro took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernan Txomin. Hernan Txomin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Marini FC had won after a very even match.
