Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aquiles Fliz started the match with the kick off. When Aquiles Fliz came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Miraflores FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquiles Fliz couldn't finish the play. With 7 minutes on the clock, Fabricio Kemen commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Cornelio Omero, was totally fooled by Eusebia AFC's Aurelio Bela, who 9 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 11th minute, Eleuterio Ihintza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bernardo Reyes came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Miraflores FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Reyes couldn't finish the play. Eleuterio Ihintza was shown his second yellow card after 17 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Eleuterio Ihintza hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Martxot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miraflores FC's Cornelio Omero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Miraflores FC from getting a goal against them. After 33 played minutes Miraflores FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Baleren. Anselmo Rius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cornelio Omero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Martxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Rius to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlos Gitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Cornelio Omero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Anselmo Rius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anselmo Rius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Omero having to interfere. Anselmo Rius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Bernardo Reyes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miraflores FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eusebia AFC the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Reynaldo Martxot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eusebia AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Martxot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Omero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Anselmo Rius came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Eusebia AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Rius couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Miraflores FC defense, Anselmo Rius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cornelio Omero. The Miraflores FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cornelio Omero should have stopped the shot. Anselmo Rius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Martxot couldn't finish the play. In the 90th match minute, Miraflores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Lon to maneuver through the defense. If Anselmo Rius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Martxot struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Cornelio Omero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eusebia AFC.
