Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Telsen's Samuel Osmundo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anibal Boniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Eder having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Telsen's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Anibal Boniel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 19 minutes into the match, Telsen's goalkeeper Cleto Eder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salvador Quin. When Totoral's Anibal Boniel in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Telsen's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25th minute, Feliciano Fidensio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisito Firmin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cleto Eder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvador Quin in the 30th minute. Paulino Silban's late challenge caught a Totoral's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulino Silban helped the player get up and apologised. Cleto Eder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Boniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Samuel Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Totoral's Luisito Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Osmundo in the 44th minute of play.

When Gavino Fernanco fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Telsen's protests and gave Gavino Fernanco a yellow card for diving instead. If Salvador Quin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Boniel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cleto Eder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Anibal Boniel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Quin in the 69th minute of play forced Telsen's goalkeeper Cleto Eder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Valery's late challenge caught a Telsen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saul Valery helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Totoral! A collision led to Totoral getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Eduardo Ilazki hit a great ball. Luisito Firmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Osmundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Samuel Osmundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Luisito Firmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisito Firmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Osmundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Feliciano Fidensio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Telsen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Fidensio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Telsen supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Telsen would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
