Severino Clementi charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severino Clementi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Oinaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Cortez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Oinaz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute, Hugo Oinaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabian Brion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st minute, Felix Iturri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 41 minutes, Felix Iturri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baradero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Iturri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Calvo's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Oinaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Cortez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Oinaz to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Calvo's Teo Gabirel got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 60 played minutes, Baradero FC's Fabio Lluques shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Modesto Crispo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Baradero FC reached it. Eulalio Eduino kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Hugo Oinaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigio Naelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Felix Iturri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Guillermo Beltran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Calvo's Fulgencio Laurgain broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Modesto Crispo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Naelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calvo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Iturri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The match ended in a draw.
