Remigio Naelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Aureliano Francesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Modesto Procopio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ivan Cortez, 1-0. Baldomiro Gutierrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 minutes, Segundo Chico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olaen AFC and the Baradero FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Segundo Chico hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. If Felix Iturri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes Olaen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Oliverios. Baradero FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Severino Clementi in the 31st minute. After taking down the ball on Baradero FC's corner Severino Clementi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aureliano Francesco quite easily take care of the ball. Ivan Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Procopio in the 35th minute of play. With his leg Ivan Cortez managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Olaen AFC's Baldomiro Gutierrez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Procopio in the 41st minute of play forced Baradero FC's goalkeeper Ivan Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Olaen AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Iturri came free, but Aureliano Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Baldomiro Gutierrez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Modesto Procopio to strike the kick off in the second half. Americo Sindo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ivan Cortez. Baradero FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 54th minute Modesto Procopio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Severino Clementi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Modesto Procopio struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Ivan Cortez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olaen AFC. Modesto Procopio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Cortez having to interfere. Felix Iturri stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Olaen AFC's defenders and the ball went out. Baradero FC appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. When Baradero FC's Felix Iturri in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olaen AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Baradero FC's Severino Clementi got a free kick in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Baradero FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Fidel Markel hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Olaen AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Baradero FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
