Justo Bernad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dionisio Baleren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Inocencio Belo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cleto Xabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Gaskon having to interfere. Jeremias Laurgain's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nereo Gaskon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. When Ladislao Buinton fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buchanan AFC's protests and gave Ladislao Buinton a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Buchanan AFC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Ladislao Buinton hit a great ball. The Buchanan AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jarimana were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
