Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Elivélton Rosado kicked off to start the match. Marcos Cugat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Everardo Milian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 6 played minutes Tapso got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Remir. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elivélton Rosado in the 11th minute of play forced Palominos's goalkeeper Teodoro Ellande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elivélton Rosado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodoro Ellande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Tapso's Cristian Henry dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. A collision led to Tapso getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Adan Claus hit a great ball. Palominos's Felix Lawrence got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Palominos's Benedicto Dorio got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mateo Crescencio kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Everardo Milian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Lawrence, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Benedicto Dorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Milian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Everardo Milian made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Benedicto Dorio sent off a good shot on target. If Serafin Justin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tapso's Everardo Milian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Justin in the 56th minute of play. Everardo Milian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Justin, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Elivélton Rosado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tapso booed when Palominos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Orlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Tapso's Nicanor Laffitte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodoro Ellande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Everardo Milian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Dorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Justin in the 67th minute of play forced Tapso's goalkeeper Everardo Milian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Elivélton Rosado came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Tapso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elivélton Rosado couldn't finish the play. The Tapso players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
