The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Onbera got free with Jorge Peruxu in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Sanson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Markel's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Serafino Fagondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Manuel Lucila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvaro Indartsu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Silvano Onbera struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Jorge Peruxu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arrocera FC. A hard shot 21 in the game by Silvano Onbera from a close distance when the talented Jorge Peruxu managed to make a qualified save. Armonía AFC's players were relieved. After 23 played minutes Arrocera FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Onbera. Bartolo Markel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Armonía AFC's goalkeeper Jorge Peruxu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvano Onbera. Arrocera FC's Antonio Sanson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Lucila in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to Arrocera FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Silvano Onbera hit a great ball. When Silvano Onbera got the opportunity to take care of a free kick, it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball hit the crossbar and flew out of bounds. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Bartolo Markel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Antonio Sanson made a huge save. Bartolo Markel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 minutes, Reynaldo Caradaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arrocera FC and the Armonía AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carolo Incendio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Lucila in the 69th minute of play forced Arrocera FC's goalkeeper Antonio Sanson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armonía AFC's Jorge Peruxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Onbera in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute of the match Narciso Quinten shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Peruxu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Arrocera FC's zone, Bartolo Markel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Sanson came out of the goal and Bartolo Markel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomás Lamberto hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When Bartolo Markel came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Armonía AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Markel couldn't finish the play. Antonio Sanson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Markel in the 87th minute of play.
