The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Txaran got free with Raul Eron in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilfredo Filipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Che in the 32nd minute of play. German Che recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If German Che had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Lázaro Etxeberri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Dalmacio Valerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Che in the 41st minute of play forced Borghi's goalkeeper Wilfredo Filipo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The goalkeeper, Raul Eron, was totally fooled by Borghi's Roque Otsando, who 44 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Generoso Artaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Borghi's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Valerio came free, but Wilfredo Filipo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Generoso Artaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Eron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raul Eron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Txaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. German Che sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
