Benjamin Aires charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Aires the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Camoteros FC's Benjamin Aires got a free kick in the 18th minute. Serafin Irrintzi struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Maximo Maurin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Surisultana FC. In the 23rd minute, Mauro Hondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 27 minutes, Jacobo Pirro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Camoteros FC and the Surisultana FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafin Irrintzi made a kick off. 63 minutes into the game, Camoteros FC's Pastor Ramone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arturo Gonchan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Maximo Maurin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Irrintzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Isaias Viviano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximo Maurin. Camoteros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaias Viviano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Maximo Maurin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Irrintzi in the 82nd minute of play. Isaias Viviano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafin Irrintzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximo Maurin having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Mauro Hondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Camoteros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Hondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Gonchan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pastor Ramone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Surisultana FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
