The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anier Gora was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 4th minute. Cheleros's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 9th play minute Anier Gora came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Samuel Silvino. 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Loncopué's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Orlan came free, but Samuel Silvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Calixto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Vicente Frichoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cheleros's Vicente Frichoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Maore in the 17th minute of play. Loncopué's Alvaro Calixto got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anier Gora had several of the Loncopué's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Samuel Silvino as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lucas Saturnin's late challenge caught a Loncopué's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Saturnin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Cheleros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Saturnin to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Loncopué booed when Cheleros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Saturnin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Frichoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Maore in the 34th minute of play. Anier Gora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Samuel Silvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulises Orlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Ulises Orlan made the kick off in the second half. Ulises Orlan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Silvino having to make a save. Silvano Boni charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano Boni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes Cheleros got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Boni. Loncopué's Samuel Silvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Gora in the 58th minute of play. In the 69th minute Ulises Orlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Silvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70thth minute of the game Ulises Orlan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loncopué's Samuel Silvino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucas Saturnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Silvino having to interfere. In the 73rd match minute, Loncopué was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Lawrence to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Loncopué's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Orlan came free, but Samuel Silvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Frichoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Maore in the 77th minute of play. When Anier Gora came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Cheleros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Gora couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Gora in the 90th minute of play forced Loncopué's goalkeeper Samuel Silvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Loncopué's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Orlan came free, but Samuel Silvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Orlan in the 93rd minute of play forced Loncopué's goalkeeper Samuel Silvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulises Orlan scored 4-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Silvino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cheleros had won after a very even match.
