Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felix Gaueko started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Telo in the 5th minute of play forced Monasterio AFC's goalkeeper Teo Elizardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Arturo Telo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 6 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Teo Elizardo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Horquilla AFC's Augusto Hondo got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, Monasterio AFC's goalkeeper Teo Elizardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Hondo. In the 11th minute of the match Horquilla AFC got a corner. Monasterio AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dionisio Ostots ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dionisio Ostots made a great header on Horquilla AFC's corner, it was just that Monasterio AFC's Teo Elizardo managed to reach the ball for a save. Augusto Hondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Teo Elizardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Virgilio Mirande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Gaueko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Mirande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Gaueko in the 34th minute of the match. Natalio Jurgi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgilio Mirande having to make a save. Augusto Hondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Monasterio AFC's zone, Augusto Hondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teo Elizardo came out of the goal and Augusto Hondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angelino Obano charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelino Obano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Angelino Obano kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arturo Telo was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Arturo Telo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Monasterio AFC's Teo Elizardo. Teo Elizardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felix Gaueko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Mirande having to interfere. Arturo Telo took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teo Elizardo. Teo Elizardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Teo Elizardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Hondo went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Hondo in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teo Elizardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Natalio Jurgi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Virgilio Mirande made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Felix Gaueko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monasterio AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Gaueko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Mirande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Natalio Jurgi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Virgilio Mirande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Natalio Jurgi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monasterio AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Jurgi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felix Gaueko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Virgilio Mirande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Horquilla AFC had won after a very even match.
