Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Froilan Bautista started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Obano got free with Alberto Vergaray in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the game, German Sedeni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saguión's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Talita AFC the free kick. The supporters of Talita AFC booed when Saguión was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Sedeni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute of the match Tadeo Matro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Vergaray skillfully saved the ball. When Saguión's Emanuel Gaueko in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Sayveon was the one to do the kick off. Saul Palban charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saul Palban the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd minute, one of Talita AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Talita AFC. When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, Saguión's Silvano Hurko got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ildefonso Irrintzi. Alberto Vergaray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Sayveon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Gaueko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ildefonso Irrintzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Bautista in the 62nd minute of play forced Talita AFC's goalkeeper Ildefonso Irrintzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. German Sedeni was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Talita AFC booed when Saguión was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Sedeni didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fabian Sayveon came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Talita AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Sayveon couldn't finish the play. Alberto Vergaray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Sayveon, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 74 played minutes Saguión got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Hurko. A collision led to Talita AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Albano Romano hit a great ball. Emanuel Gaueko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Irrintzi having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Melquiades Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Froilan Bautista fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saguión's protests and gave Froilan Bautista a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, Saguión was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Bautista to maneuver through the defense. If Emanuel Gaueko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Talita AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Saguión's performance. The match ended with a win for Saguión.
