Paolo Ostadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Transito in the 16th minute of the match. 1-0 became the score in the 18th minute when Ildefonso Transito elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rigoberto Christobal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Ireno in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Transito in the 22nd minute of play forced Garabato's goalkeeper Paolo Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ildefonso Transito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaspar Sanduru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paolo Ostadar having to make a save. In the 38th minute Ildefonso Transito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramiro Rik was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Evelio Ireno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rigoberto Christobal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paolo Ostadar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Transito in the 55th minute of play. Eustacio Bilintx hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Gaspar Sanduru might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paolo Ostadar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaspar Sanduru ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Quetrequile AFC's zone, Ramiro Rik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Christobal came out of the goal and Ramiro Rik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Gaspar Sanduru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quetrequile AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaspar Sanduru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Ostadar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Quetrequile AFC's Ildefonso Transito in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Garabato's goalie prevented a goal. If Ildefonso Transito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 82nd minute of the match Lorenzo Shantala completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lorenzo Shantala a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 83rd minute, Lorenzo Shantala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaspar Sanduru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Ireno got free with Rigoberto Christobal in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
