With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ariel Toro in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Gartzi saved Santamarina AFC from getting behind. If Sergio Natal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Sergio Natal made the kick off in the second half. Leonel Gartzi stood somewhat misplaced when Ariel Toro came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 53 minute. When Pastor Lonzo came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Falcons GPB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pastor Lonzo couldn't finish the play. Ariel Toro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Leonel Gartzi 62 minutes into the match. When Ariel Toro came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Falcons GPB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Toro couldn't finish the play. Leonel Gartzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Toro in the 84th minute of play. Ariel Toro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonel Gartzi having to make a save. After 89 minutes, Ariel Toro made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Santamarina AFC's Leonel Gartzi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Joel Sol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Gartzi having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ariel Toro in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonel Gartzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over Falcons GPB could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Santamarina AFC throughout the match.
