Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Angelino Montrel got the match started through his kick off. When Arsenio Palos fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dubai's protests and gave Arsenio Palos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Montserrat FC booed when Dubai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Palos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dubai's attentive Filomeno Stephen managed to snatch the ball when Santos Tono made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. In the 17thth minute of the game Arturo Chayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dubai's Lucas Estefan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Arturo Chayo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 23 played minutes Montserrat FC got a freekick which was hit by Benito Anaya. Orlando Bernard struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Isaias Manni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dubai. Filomeno Stephen kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Dubai got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Balasi. Lucas Estefan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Chayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Machado in the 43rd minute of play forced Dubai's goalkeeper Lucas Estefan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arturo Chayo to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Dubai's Abel Obano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Abel Obano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dubai protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Abel Obano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 56 minutes into the game, one of Dubai:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Montserrat FC. Anastasio Onofre stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lucas Estefan. 0-1. In the 62nd minute Arturo Chayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Estefan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Estefan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Chayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Dubai's Arsenio Palos got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 77th match minute, Dubai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Palos to maneuver through the defense. When Arturo Chayo came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Montserrat FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Chayo couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Machado took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Estefan. Lucas Estefan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Arturo Chayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Estefan having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Arturo Chayo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Evaristo Machado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Lucas Estefan made a huge save. Arturo Chayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Montserrat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Balasi came free, but Isaias Manni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Montserrat FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
