Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fulgencio Elorri started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Alejo Innocenzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Humberto Umea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Carmelo Tiso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baldomero Orixe. Carmelo Tiso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 16 minutes into the game, Anibal Maria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pipinas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palmitas AFC the free kick. Anibal Maria kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With a little luck, Pipinas's Baldomero Orixe got control of the ball when Melquiades Remicio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baldomero Orixe made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Melquiades Remicio sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 25 minutes, Alejo Innocenzio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pipinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejo Innocenzio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baldomero Orixe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Elorri, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When Melquiades Remicio came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Palmitas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Remicio couldn't finish the play. If Carmelo Tiso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Alejo Innocenzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Umea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidoro Tristan to strike the kick off in the second half. Baldomero Orixe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Elorri in the 56th minute of play. Pipinas's Baldomero Orixe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Remicio in the 60th minute of play. After some careless play in the Pipinas defense, Fulgencio Elorri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baldomero Orixe. The Pipinas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baldomero Orixe should have stopped the shot. When Fulgencio Elorri fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palmitas AFC's protests and gave Fulgencio Elorri a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th minute, Fulgencio Elorri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alejo Innocenzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulgencio Elorri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fulgencio Elorri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Remicio struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Baldomero Orixe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmitas AFC. Patricio Lordi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Pipinas's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Elorri came free, but Baldomero Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Umea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Tristan in the 96th minute of play.
