Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cruz Azul FC's Anselmo Ruy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Chus in the 4th minute of play. With a little luck, Cruz Azul FC's Anselmo Ruy got control of the ball when Jeremias Neron tried to sneak it across the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Isoquí's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Martxelin came free, but Nicanor Urtsin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Urtsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Delfino in the 15th minute of play. Gervasio Martxelin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Nicanor Urtsin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicanor Urtsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Martxelin in the 21st minute of the match. Anselmo Ruy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Chus in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Isoquí getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Antonio Petrigai hit a great ball. If Dante Txomin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cayetano Iraunkor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anselmo Ruy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Nicanor Urtsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Martxelin in the 36th minute of the match. Cruz Azul FC's Valentin Delfino got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Isoquí getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Samuel Goyo hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Valentin Delfino made the kick off in the second half. Anselmo Ruy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Neron, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Gervasio Martxelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th match minute, Isoquí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Petrigai to maneuver through the defense. Nicanor Urtsin was a little too slow when Dante Txomin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 71st minute Eusebio Chus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Ruy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 minutes of play, Cruz Azul FC's Valentin Delfino made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicanor Urtsin was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Dante Txomin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victoriano Tximitx took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicanor Urtsin. Nicanor Urtsin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The Cruz Azul FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
