The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Primitivo Nikola hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chivas FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Lehoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Prudencio Amato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Bonifacio Lehoi made a huge save. In the 14th minute Hilario Macario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Lehoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Carmelo Llin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Bixintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Artaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Artaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Bixintxo having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Chivas FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Lehoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Amato. Guillermo Gonsalve kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Hilario Macario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bonifacio Lehoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Macario in the 31st minute of play forced Chivas FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Lehoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Primitivo Nikola sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hector Bixintxo skillfully saved the ball. Cleto Faron charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cleto Faron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 34 minutes into the game, one of Yurucuá FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A hard shot 39 in the game by Prudencio Amato from a close distance when the talented Bonifacio Lehoi managed to make a qualified save. Chivas FC's players were relieved. Vicente Iliana hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Hilario Macario struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Bonifacio Lehoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yurucuá FC. Bonifacio Lehoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prudencio Amato in the 47th minute. The Yurucuá FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chivas FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carmelo Llin made a kick off. Marcelo Espiridion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hilario Macario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bonifacio Lehoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cleto Faron hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute Ciro Sandaili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Bixintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isidoro Martino during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Yurucuá FC! Bonifacio Lehoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Amato in the 70th minute of play. Jorge Danel charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Danel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jorge Danel kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hilario Macario in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bonifacio Lehoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bonifacio Lehoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Amato in the 84th minute of the match. Bonifacio Lehoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hilario Macario's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Vicente Iliana charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Iliana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chivas FC's Vicente Iliana got a free kick in the 90th minute. Cleto Faron was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Prudencio Amato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prudencio Amato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Lehoi having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Carmelo Llin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hector Bixintxo. The goal made the score 0-3. The Yurucuá FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chivas FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Chivas FC.
