After a rather tough play, Concepción's Antonio Nuno got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Antonio Nuno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carmen AFC's Geronimo Sugar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Dionisio Millano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geronimo Sugar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Nuno in the 31st minute of play. Concepción's Antonio Nuno got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carmen AFC's goalkeeper Geronimo Sugar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cipriano Jago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dionisio Millano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Concepción's goalkeeper Abelardo Hustaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Antonio Nuno made the kick off in the second half. If Antonio Nuno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carmen AFC's goalkeeper Geronimo Sugar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Carmen AFC's zone, Damian Olayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geronimo Sugar came out of the goal and Damian Olayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Nuno struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Geronimo Sugar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Concepción. Leo Ferrando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Abelardo Hustaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Concepción's Abelardo Hustaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Millano in the 66th minute of play. Daniel Stephen charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Stephen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Carmen AFC booed when Concepción was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Stephen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute, Moises Loi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carmen AFC's Dionisio Millano got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Damian Olayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Nuno in the 73rd minute of play forced Carmen AFC's goalkeeper Geronimo Sugar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Concepción's Antonio Nuno in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Daniel Stephen was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. 92 minutes into the match, Concepción's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Millano came free, but Abelardo Hustaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Concepción's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
