Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Reynaldo Matei took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Santiago Galeno fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ranquilcó FC's protests and gave Santiago Galeno a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sauce FC booed when Ranquilcó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Galeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apolo Basajaun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Serafino Salvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Jacobo Heli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute of the match, Desiderio Rosio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Serafino Salvino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Delmar Gabirel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Matei, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Alejo Erruki might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmar Gabirel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejo Erruki ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute of the match Santiago Galeno shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Gabirel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Desiderio Rosio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Apolo Basajaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Desiderio Rosio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alejo Erruki might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmar Gabirel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejo Erruki ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hipolito Gabon during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Ranquilcó FC a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Benjamin Baumer, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sauce FC's Delmar Gabirel. 0-2.

The wind increased when Desiderio Rosio made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Benjamin Baumer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the game, Apolo Basajaun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Serafino Salvino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 60 played minutes Sauce FC got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Basajaun. Apolo Basajaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Ovando, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 73rd minute, Alejo Erruki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Alejo Erruki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Rosio in the 77th minute of play forced Ranquilcó FC's goalkeeper Serafino Salvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apolo Basajaun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Serafino Salvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafino Salvino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Apolo Basajaun's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. After 88 minutes of play, Sauce FC's Apolo Basajaun made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafino Salvino was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute of the match Benjamin Baumer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Gabirel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Sauce FC's goalkeeper Delmar Gabirel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejo Erruki. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
