Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Marcelo Che started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Apolo Basajaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 7 minutes, Desiderio Rosio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sauce FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Desiderio Rosio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Desiderio Rosio came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Sauce FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Rosio couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Sauce FC's Delmar Gabirel got control of the ball when Marcelo Che tried to sneak it across the goal line. Desiderio Rosio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Rosio in the 18th minute of play forced Pilcomayo AFC's goalkeeper Donato Bartoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sauce FC's Cosme Chumo got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Pilcomayo AFC's Marcelo Che slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Delmar Gabirel. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Apolo Basajaun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sauce FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Apolo Basajaun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Bartoli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 36 minutes, Sebastian Urbasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pilcomayo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Urbasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delmar Gabirel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Che, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Teobaldo Montxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Bartoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Basajaun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaston Javiar during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Pilcomayo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Javiar to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Desiderio Rosio to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Apolo Basajaun could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Donato Bartoli however easily saved by the left post. 57 minutes into the match, Pilcomayo AFC's Marcelo Che sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Delmar Gabirel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sauce FC's Apolo Basajaun suffered a sore thigh after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 62 minutes, Santiago Ourente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pilcomayo AFC and the Sauce FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pilcomayo AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Santiago Ourente hit a great ball. Pilcomayo AFC's Donato Bartoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Rosio in the 65th minute of play. Donato Bartoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Rosio, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Marcelo Che came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Pilcomayo AFC fans jumped to their feet. Atilano Lizbeth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Delmar Gabirel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delmar Gabirel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Che in the 78th minute of the match. Atilano Lizbeth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, Marcelo Che got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atilano Lizbeth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delmar Gabirel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. If Desiderio Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Bartoli was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Desiderio Rosio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Desiderio Rosio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
