In the 9th minute of the match Luciano Argenis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Justo Beat skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to América getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Fidel Iratxo hit a great ball. After 11 played minutes, Achiras FC's Luciano Argenis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Justo Beat came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Achiras FC reached it. The América fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when América's Serban Nae looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Achiras FC's Osvaldo Tartalo got a free kick in the 27th minute. América's Justo Beat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Tartalo in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to América getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Evaristo Jerrald hit a great ball. Achiras FC's Joel Conrao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serban Nae in the 33rd minute of play. Justo Beat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Esiquio in the 35th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Jerrald during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st minute, Ismael Perfecto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Achiras FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Osvaldo Tartalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Justo Beat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, América's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Ekaitz came free, but Justo Beat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ismael Perfecto made a kick off. Celedonio Luzea kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Serban Nae put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Joel Conrao. In the 60th minute, Benicio Ekaitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justo Beat was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serban Nae in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Conrao saved Achiras FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serban Nae in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Conrao prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Achiras FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Benicio Ekaitz hit a great ball. Justo Beat came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Achiras FC's Paulo Esiquio. But to his dismay, Paulo Esiquio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Serban Nae put it in 5-4 from a short distance just to the right of Joel Conrao. In the 87th minute, Serban Nae left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The América fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-4. Paulo Esiquio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Justo Beat made a huge save. After 94 played minutes América got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Jerrald. América's Justo Beat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Tartalo in the 97th minute of play.
