The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Servando in the 4th minute of play forced Carrizal AFC's goalkeeper Isidro Libertad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidro Libertad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Bastian, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Hector Servando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gavino Macerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignacio Vergaray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Lander having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Hector Servando notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Carrizal AFC's Isidro Libertad. Isidro Libertad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Hector Servando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Carrizal AFC's zone, Miguel Bastian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidro Libertad came out of the goal and Miguel Bastian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 minutes of play, Condado FC's Hector Servando made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidro Libertad was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute, Miguel Bastian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidro Libertad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Hector Servando scored 0-4 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidro Libertad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Orlando Lander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Macerio in the 43rd minute of play. Hector Servando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gavino Macerio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Condado FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Bastian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hector Servando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Libertad having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Feliz during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bruno Feliz hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. When Hector Servando came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Condado FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Servando couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute, Miguel Bastian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidro Libertad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Bastian in the 78th minute. Narciso Aurken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Libertad having to interfere. 83 minutes into the game, Hector Servando recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isidro Libertad. Hector Servando showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. 87 minutes into the match, Carrizal AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Servando came free, but Isidro Libertad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carrizal AFC's Isidro Libertad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Carrizal AFC from getting a goal against them. Hector Servando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Condado FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Carrizal AFC.
