An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Montez in the 5th minute of play forced Limache's goalkeeper Geronimo Herensuge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Virgilio Luzaide got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robustiano Cresenciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Santos Ferdinand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filomeno Bladi charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filomeno Bladi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Robustiano Cresenciano kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Cayetano Efren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Soto AFC's Rene Rubio got a free kick in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, Soto AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Paulin came free, but Santos Ferdinand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximino Montez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Virgilio Luzaide could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Geronimo Herensuge made a huge save. Limache's Cayetano Efren got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Cayetano Efren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
