Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Salvador Naldo started the match with the kick off. Zapallar's Julian Vergaray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Naldo in the 3rd minute of play. With a little luck, Los Chichicuilotes's Conrado Ramond got control of the ball when Israel Marcones tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Chichicuilotes's goalkeeper Conrado Ramond, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paulino Berasko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulino Berasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Julian Vergaray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Salvador Naldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Israel Marcones's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrado Ramond read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Zapallar's Julian Vergaray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Naldo in the 27th minute of play. If Ramiro Llanos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulino Berasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Julian Vergaray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Vergaray came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Los Chichicuilotes's Paulino Berasko. But to his dismay, Paulino Berasko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 45th minute, Salvador Naldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Julian Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Naldo in the 53rd minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Zapallar's Israel Marcones sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Conrado Ramond narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gregorio Pacho hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Salvador Naldo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Tomas Lauren came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Los Chichicuilotes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Lauren couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulino Berasko got free with Julian Vergaray in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the game, Gervasio Rufo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Chichicuilotes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zapallar the free kick. A collision led to Los Chichicuilotes getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Gervasio Rufo hit a great ball. After 97 played minutes, Zapallar's Luisito Peter shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Conrado Ramond came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zapallar reached it. Los Chichicuilotes were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
