Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Godfredo Osoro made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Elpidio Ruisko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Astor Gar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 9 played minutes Mulichincó AFC got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Lucila. A collision led to Mulichincó AFC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Nereo Indalecio hit a great ball. Godfredo Osoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Garin having to interfere. Astor Gar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mulichincó AFC's zone, Venancio Inge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernabe Garin came out of the goal and Venancio Inge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Bihar kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Bernabe Garin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ezequiel Larpe's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The supporters of LPU Mérida FC booed when Mulichincó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Ospetsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorenzo Ospin made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Elpidio Ruisko sent off a good shot on target. If Godfredo Osoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, LPU Mérida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Gaspard came free, but Lorenzo Ospin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, one of LPU Mérida FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LPU Mérida FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobaldo Gaspard to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Mulichincó AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteve Cordarius to maneuver through the defense. Astor Gar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Garin having to interfere. Hermengildo Urki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Bernabe Garin managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when LPU Mérida FC's Godfredo Osoro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 72 minutes of play, Mulichincó AFC's Ciriaco Ruy made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lorenzo Ospin was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Godfredo Osoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th match minute, Mulichincó AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Ospetsu to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Mulichincó AFC's Bernabe Garin got control of the ball when Godfredo Osoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Godfredo Osoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Garin having to interfere. Ezequiel Larpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mulichincó AFC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
