Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pasco FC's Ariel Ixaka started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Francisco Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Playo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Playo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francisco Cordara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Pasco FC's Ariel Ixaka sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaldo Ricart narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Amado Gilabert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Amado Gilabert fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Escoipe's protests and gave Amado Gilabert a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute Amado Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Cordara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Gilabert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnaldo Ricart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Ixaka in the 25th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermengildo Pes during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pasco FC's Hermengildo Pes got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 33rd minute, Pasco FC's Fabricio Savion seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fabricio Savion the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pasco FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fabricio Savion had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 32 minutes into the game, one of Pasco FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Celso Estevon walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 38 minutes of play, Escoipe's Joaquin Corderun made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisco Cordara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jimeno Playo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Cordara having to interfere. Gogo Muno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Arnaldo Ricart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amado Gilabert might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francisco Cordara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amado Gilabert ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Pasco FC's Ruperto Maxin got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Cordara was a little too slow when Jimeno Playo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-2. In the 56th match minute, Escoipe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Domiku to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Escoipe's goalkeeper Arnaldo Ricart, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Francisco Cordara managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Escoipe's Jimeno Playo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Amado Gilabert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francisco Cordara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 80th minute Gogo Muno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Ricart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Muno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pasco FC's Francisco Cordara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Domiku in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Pasco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Gilabert came free, but Francisco Cordara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gogo Muno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gogo Muno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Ricart having to interfere. Escoipe played a much better game than Pasco FC and deserved their victory. The Pasco FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
