Inocencio Celipe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Asamblea FC got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Sesuldo. In the 20th minute, Celedonio Cesaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tornado FC's Felix Bautista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Katia in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Tornado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Palos to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Katia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Bautista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Katia in the 36th minute of the match. Cristian Katia scored 0-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Bautista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Celedonio Cesaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Katia to make the kick off. Cristian Katia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felix Bautista came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Katia slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 57th minute. Asamblea FC's Omar Fiz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Felix Bautista in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 65 minutes into the match, Baltasar Txurio notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Tornado FC's Felix Bautista. Felix Bautista was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th minute, Ciriaco Iago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baltasar Txurio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 78th playminute. The supporters of Asamblea FC booed when Tornado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Cheche didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Omar Fiz came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Asamblea FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Fiz couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Txurio got free with Felix Bautista in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Asamblea FC's zone, Celedonio Cesaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Celipe came out of the goal and Celedonio Cesaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Celedonio Cesaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Inocencio Celipe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Celedonio Cesaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tornado FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Asamblea FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Asamblea FC.
