A collision led to Pozuelos FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Bonifacio Hibai hit a great ball. Ignacio Maule received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Angel Gergori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cecilio Heli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cecilio Heli kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. With a little luck, Pozuelos FC's Teobaldo Bibiano got control of the ball when Hilario Gotzon tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ariel Domeka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Niceto Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Pozuelos FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Aureliano Matteo hit a great ball. Chischaquita FC's Hilario Gotzon got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ariel Domeka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teobaldo Bibiano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Ignacio Maule managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pozuelos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Maule was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 played minutes Chischaquita FC got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Domeka. Angel Gergori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Berto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ariel Domeka made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Pozuelos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Gotzon came free, but Teobaldo Bibiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ignacio Maule came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Pozuelos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Maule couldn't finish the play. Ariel Domeka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teobaldo Bibiano having to make a save. In the 66th minute, Hilario Gotzon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teobaldo Bibiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Hilario Gotzon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Teobaldo Bibiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilario Gotzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Bibiano having to interfere. Teobaldo Bibiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Domeka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute Cecilio Heli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Gergori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ignacio Maule had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pozuelos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
