Tigresfx's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rastrojos AFC the free kick. After 2 played minutes Tigresfx got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Harriet. Rastrojos AFC were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Tigresfx's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emiliano Duardo took the corner. Albano Hustaz's late challenge caught a Rastrojos AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albano Hustaz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rastrojos AFC booed when Tigresfx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Hustaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Evaristo Maura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladimiro Donzel was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. If Gonzalo Formerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amado Roderigo struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Gustavo Calvet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rastrojos AFC. Gonzalo Formerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Placido Fe during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 31 minutes into the match, Tigresfx's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Roderigo came free, but Gustavo Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Tigresfx getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Placido Fe hit a great ball. Gonzalo Formerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Gustavo Calvet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Tigresfx's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Roderigo came free, but Gustavo Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldo Nazario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Vladimiro Donzel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Amado Roderigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rastrojos AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Roderigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amado Roderigo to make the kick off. Gonzalo Formerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Calvet having to interfere. Albano Hustaz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Gustavo Calvet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Roderigo in the 61st minute of the match. Amado Roderigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Calvet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Tigresfx's Aldo Nazario got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute Amado Roderigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Calvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladimiro Donzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Maura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gonzalo Formerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Maura during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
