Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Haroldo Ipar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Basilio Guillem kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. With a little luck, Malota FC's Gerardo Marquez got control of the ball when Ovidio Ibar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerardo Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Suero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Malota FC booed when Candonga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Cayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Silbestre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Ipar, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Gerardo Marquez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gerardo Suero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. In the 29th minute, Basilio Guillem ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matias Silbestre was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 34 minutes into the match, Malota FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Marquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovidio Ibar. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Bernabe Locaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malota FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabe Locaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Silbestre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evaristo Ubendu's late challenge caught a Malota FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evaristo Ubendu helped the player get up and apologised. Evaristo Ubendu hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. When Haroldo Ipar, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 41 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Matias Silbestre was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ovidio Ibar struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Gerardo Marquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Candonga FC. Gerardo Marquez was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Gerardo Suero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gerardo Suero really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Matias Silbestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Ipar in the 55th minute of play. Haroldo Ipar did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-2 to the left of a surprised Matias Silbestre 57 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Obano in the 79th minute of play forced Candonga FC's goalkeeper Matias Silbestre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Candonga FC's Ovidio Ibar, in the 83rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Candonga FC. In the 85th minute Gerardo Suero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Modesto Obano fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malota FC's protests and gave Modesto Obano a yellow card for diving instead. After 86 played minutes Malota FC got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Obano. In the 87th minute, Ovidio Ibar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerardo Marquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Candonga FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
